Tribble & Stephens is proud to announce the addition of Van Martin to our Executive Team as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Martin, a graduate from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
In his 25 year career, Van has gained invaluable experience with owner/developers like Transwestern, where he managed their development services department. Previously, while with Tribble & Stephens in the marketing department of our San Antonio office, Van fostered several national accounts that we still partner with today. In addition, his broad experience with contract negotiations, scheduling, problem-solving and personnel management will be an asset to our partnership team.
Tribble & Stephens has adopted a succession plan transitioning leadership responsibilities from Jay Tribble and James Stephens to a select group of partners. These partners are being mentored by Jay and James to preserve a culture of discipline and accountability that ensures Tribble & Stephens' values and commitment to excellence.
